Personality: She has a mischievous personality and enjoys pranking the others with her twin brother. Although she is also kind and a helpless romantic. Fairy tales and happy endings are her favorite stories, she will likely cry in happiness at the end of a romantic movie when the two leads find love. Lumina is an expert in fortune telling, her powers have an effect in this, and loves giving guidance to anyone who may need it, especially in love. This leads her to be more on the outgoing side and has many extrovert tendencies such as making the first move to meet people and having a bigger personality. But thats only on the outside, in reality she hurts and has things she cant let go of. Still, in the end the thing that makes Lumina her is the love she holds for her twin brother Dragomir. He is her best friend and her number one protector so she holds him at a high regard and enjoys doing anything and everything with him.

Physical Description: Lumina has shaggy, slightly curly light brown or strawberry blond hair that goes down just past her midway. She wears a small pearl-like earrings that match the one her brother is sometimes seen with in his left ear. She has red eyes and a small fang that is sometimes visible on one side of her mouth. She is often wearing a small top hat with two ribbons coming off of it (one red and one yellow), and a white long skirt with a red military style coat thats closed at the top with a white collar and small black tie. In contrast to her big personality, Lumina is on the shorter side standing at a magnificent 5’2.

History: History of Romania. Romania declared its independence from the Ottoman Empire after the Russo-Turkish war in 1877-78. Which it fought on the Russian side. In the 1878 Treaty of Burlin Romania was finally officially recognized as an Independent state by the Great Powers. In return, Romania ceded the district of Bessarabia in Russia, “in exchange" for the access to the ports on the Black Sea shore, and acquired Dobruja. In 1881, the Romanian principality was raised to a kingdom and on 26th of March Prince Carol became King Carol I of Romania.
