| Human Name: Amelia Aesling Representative of: The Kingdom of Sleria Gender: Female Age210 20 AppereanceAmelia is a girl who is 5'3'' feet and 100 lbs. She has long wavy chocolate brown hair, and blue eyes and fair skin. She usualy wears her military uniform which consist in a white shirt with a blue ribbon tied on the neck, a green jacket and dress pants of the same color tucked in her black boots, she also uses a Sam Browne belt. PersonalityAmelia is a kind and gentle girl, she is quite extroverted but she is calm and a bit reserved arround new people. Amelia is very optimistic, always thinks for the best. She enjoys the peace and quiet, and usually can be found reading a book; even thought she likes to go visit her older brother Alfred who is the opposite of calm. She likes to help the others, and is a sensitive person. Amelia is very patient but gets bored easily. She is a bit dependent but always tries to prove otherwise. Amelia is quite resentful and uses to daydream from time to time.She is very curios, she likes to know more about new countries she meets. She also likes to keep her manners, something she got since Arthur used to tell her to always be "Lady Like" InterestsAmelia is someone who likes calm activities like reading or writting, her favorite books ar romantic or mistery.Though she can be seen playing videogames with Alfred and hockey with Matthew (She always loses). She likes the piano, and her favorite food is fish with white rice. She also has a thing for scones, and her fovorite tea is chamomile with sugar. 1010: A group of vikings disembark in an island located in Northamerica and named Sleria by it's inhabitants. Later more expeditions were realized from the East of the island to the Center.
Several settlements were built, specially in the center of the island in what is now known as Jovann.
There is no registred attempts of colonization from the vikings
1499:The 15 of November of that year, a spannish conqueror arrived to the small island. The conqueror made contact with the natives who shared culture traits with the nordics countries.
Years later the spannish were sent again, this time it was to form a treaty and the discoered island provided them with food and money. The island started receiving spannish families and theu changed their dialect and turned their speech to a resemblance of a spannish and nowegian accent mix. Christianity was introduced and by 1503 a third of the island was mostly occuped by the spannish.
1653: During and expedition to the United States, an english ship disembarked at the south of Sleria in what now is known as Weyport.
Due to it's strategic position with the United States and the wealth of the place, english troops invaded the colony in October of this year.
1655-1742:At first the english were rejected and some troops were beaten up by the Slerians who tried to resist the english. A commercial route with the United States was open and the United Kingdom itself.
During those years, Sleria grew stronger militarily, economicaly and culturally.
The situation calmed down and the Slerians accepted the english rule.
1748: Spain decided to get back it's colony and started sending multiple attacks, but due to the english troops being more prepared the first attempts failed completely.
It wasn't until 1782 that Spain was able to repel the english troops and regain it's former colony. In 1787 the commercial route with the United States was closed and any contact with the United Kingdom was forbidden, then Sleria entered in a period of depression (1788-1798).
1799-17806: The taxes increase, the economic deficit, and the discontent of the people of the colony were some of the principal reasons of why the slerians decided that it was time to get their independence from Spain. In 1799 the Declaration of Indepence was signed. The war dured 7 years and it ended with the triumph of the slerians the 15 of November of 1806.
1821:Sleria opens her commercial route with the United States, Canada and England
1852:The Anglo-Slerian alliance is formed
1925: Sleria receive an attack from Germany, however, it still decide to remain neutral during WW1
1930-1935:Sleria is informed about the Great Depression of the United Kindom and decides to help it until the economy is restored.
WW2:Sleria joins the Allied Forces.
During the London Blitz, Sleria accept to help England and recives multiple families and does a good job attacking Nazi's organization that tries to attack England.
1948:The War leaves Sleria economicaly affected and with few food resources. The United States and England decides to help the country and a treaty is signed between the three countries.
