Name: Cadair Williams
Representative of: Halifax, Nova Scotia
Age: Cadair is 22 in human years, while he is 149 in being a representative.
Gender: Male
Brief personality: Cadair is portrayed as laid back and open, although in reality he is anything but open with people. He, unlike his older brother prefers getting to know people before opening fully up to them. Unlike his brother who fools around and leaves people after, wants a real relationship with someone who will accept him and his flaws, even accept the self conscious nature that he has deep down. He wants someone who will peel back the walls he's built up and see the real him. Cadair has a near perfect photogenic memory. He once had someone describe him as his eye which "is like glass, it reflects but that's it. Nothing reaches inside."
Brief physical description: Cadair is a tall (about 6'2) handsome, and well-built young man with fairly light skin. He has longish, ginger hair he tends to wear up in a bandana, and green sea foam jade blue eyes. He is constantly seen wearing an eyepatch over his right eye, and what lies underneath is an empty eye socket that he lost when he made a deal with a Fae to return his brother. He typically is seen in a pair of black and white tight pants that hug his slender figure, a black sleeved shirt with cuts in the shoulders and across the sides to expose the lean muscles, and knee high black boots with a slight heel to them. Sometimes he can be found wearing a black fedora style hat. Both of his ears are pierced and he often changes the earrings. He has a silver cross necklace from which his brother gave before being taken by the Fae, and a silver chain with a turquoise coloured stone set with silver. The stone has slight magical abilities, mostly minor healing.
Brief history: Modern day Halifax is considered a "Global City" and is a major economic centre in Atlantic Canada with a large concentration of government services and private sector companies. The four municipalities in the Halifax urban area had been coordinating service delivery through the Metropolitan Authority since the late 1970s, but remained independent towns and cities until April 1, 1996, when the provincial government amalgamated all municipal governments within Halifax County to create the Halifax Regional Municipality. The municipal boundary thus now includes all of Halifax County except for several First Nation reserves. Halifax is a major cultural centre within the Atlantic Provinces. The city has maintained many of its maritime and military traditions, while opening itself to a growing multicultural population. The municipality's urban core also benefits from a large population of post-secondary students who strongly influence the local cultural scene. Halifax has a number of art galleries, theatres and museums, as well as most of the region's national-quality sports and entertainment facilities.
Religious affiliation: Christianity
Any special powers/abilities: The turquoise pendant enables minor healing properties due to being imbued with the magic of the Fair Folk or Fae.
