Brief personality:
Kagenori, or Nine, is a fairly sickly individual, who when normally around others, just seems like a dying young man with no future. He seems kind enough when you meet him, perhaps a little soft and helpful. He’s actually a rather sleepy guy, and can be found sleeping a lot from his illness. Sometimes he doesn’t wake up for days at a time. He doesn’t move around a lot when out in the open, and can be described as a bit lazy. He’s even got a pretty decent sense of humour, but his sickness prevents him from doing too much other than laying around.

Despite this, he’s an extremely intelligent individual whose intellect allows him to get out of many sticky situations. He has many tricks up his sleeve, so it’s hard to back him into a corner. He’s mildly insane, though, specifically when he does his villainous activities. He’s actually very cautious and confident, and takes dangerous situations as a sort of joke. For him, there’s a sort of thin line between good and evil, and believe the categories are twisted and biased. He considers himself neither good nor evil, despite not blinking an eye at deaths of others. He’s also known to play dirty, even towards people who consider him a friend, being rather manipulative. There’s usually always a catch to his promises, making him seem deceiving.

He has bases all over, mostly America and Japan. His headquarters is in Osaka.

Backstory:

Brief physical description:
Nine is a handsome, tall, lithe man who stands at about 6’3. He’s known to wear casual clothes out in the open, though he always wears pants no matter what. He’s covered in bandages around his arms, legs, neck, and right eye, and he blames it on his illness, despite it really being because of his powers. He has chin length, black, fluffy hair that in the sun, shines a tad bit brown. His eyes are unique, because he has one regular black eye and one fluorescent yellow eye, the abnormal eye being the one always bandaged up.

When he’s out doing crime, he usually has his face, all but his yellow eye covered with bandages.

Any special powers or abilities:
He has an ability to control people if they are put to sleep, and he uses it to create villains and minions. When they fall asleep, they’re afflicted with an sickness that makes them go crazy and only be able to hear his voice in their heads. Of course, their goal is to suck the blood out of healthy humans and bring it back to him. This is because he needs to drink healthy human blood to keep him from dying, since he is chronically ill himself.
He can put people in a coma if they stare into his eye that’s usually bandaged up. If there is a bug or rodent or other disease carrying animal within 5 metres of him, he can enter it’s body. If he takes off all his bandages, he can emit a gas that’ll make people who inhale it fall asleep. He can teleport to his bases with a crystal given to him by Ezekiel.
