| Name: Narcissa Morgana Wohl-Kirkland
Representative of: Solomon Islands
Gender: Female
Age: 19 human, 450 historical
Brief personality: Generally quiet, Narcissa often spends her time reading, writing, or tending to her garden. She is big on flora and fauna conservancy, and treats every living thing with great respect. She has a blind admiration for her brother Arthur, and obeys him without hesitation. When she grows comfortable around someone, Narcissa will turn into an explosion of laughter, chit-chatter, and pranks. However, she will never allow anyone to go beyond the boundary of what is morally correct, and will not be afraid of calling out people on their mistakes, even when it comes to her loved ones. Rudeness is Narcissa's weakness, and if there is one way to make her speak up and lose her quiet demeanor it is disrespect.
Brief physical description: As alike as fraternal twins can look, Narcissa exactly like her brother Viko, with the exception of her height [she stands 5'4" tall] and her biological features. She has short, brown hair that reaches her chin, and she often wears it down. Freckles cover her cheeks and back, and her two hazel eyes often have a sad look, just like her twin's. Narcissa has a slender body, due to the ballet lessons that she has been taking all her life. Narcissa suffers from nearsightedness, and will often wear her glasses. She has a half-moon birthmark on the left knee.
Brief history: - Under the spoiler:
Solomon Islands is a sovereign country consisting of a large number of islands in Oceania lying to the east of Papua New Guinea and northwest of Vanuatu and covering a land area of 28,400 square kilometres (11,000 sq mi). The country's capital, Honiara, is located on the island of Guadalcanal. The country takes its name from the Solomon Islands archipelago, which is a collection of Melanesian islands that also includes the North Solomon Islands (part of Papua New Guinea), but excludes outlying islands, such as Rennell and Bellona, and the Santa Cruz Islands.
The islands have been inhabited for thousands of years. In 1568, the Spanish navigator Álvaro de Mendaña was the first European to visit them, naming them the Islas Salomón. Britain defined its area of interest in the Solomon Islands archipelago in June 1893, when Captain Gibson R.N., of HMS Curacoa, declared the southern Solomon Islands as a British Protectorate with the proclamation of the British Solomon Islands Protectorate. During World War II, the Solomon Islands campaign (1942–1945) saw fierce fighting between the United States and the Empire of Japan, such as in the Battle of Guadalcanal.
The official name of the then British overseas territory was changed from "the British Solomon Islands Protectorate" to "Solomon Islands" in 1975. Self-government was achieved in 1976. Independence was obtained two years later. Today, Solomon Islands is a constitutional monarchy with the Queen of Solomon Islands, currently Queen Elizabeth II, as its head of state. Manasseh Sogavare is the current Prime Minister of Solomon Islands.
